Marcela is a highly accomplished Paralegal with over three decades of comprehensive legal experience specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She brings a deep understanding of Arizona Federal, State, and Local Court Rules.  Throughout her distinguished career, Marcela has managed cases from pre-litigation through trial. Fluent in both English and Spanish, clients can rest assured they have accessible, top-tier legal representation.

Josh Henderson is a licensed Texas attorney in active practice since 2008. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, he has experience in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, as well as business-related legal matters, but has specialized in the management of personal injury law firms since 2010.

He has over 15 years of leadership and management experience with an emphasis on client communications management and strategic case resolution process management. 

He and his wife Kristin Winfree Perry Henderson are active members of the Corpus Christi community. They enjoy travel and sports activities with their 3 children.
